Customer Success Services (“Support Services”) terms are subject to the terms of the Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”), and capitalized terms not defined here will have the meaning specified (if applicable) in the Agreement. woolloo Support Services are exclusively for Woolloo branded applications and managed packages and does not include support for any SFDC Services provided by SFDC upon which the Services are hosted.
